Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of supretabes.buzz and the terrace design services provided by Supretabes, registered at Avenida da Liberdade 198, Lisbon, Portugal.

Services

Supretabes provides garden terrace design, planting plans, and related outdoor space consultancy for residential properties in Lisbon and surrounding areas. All quotations are provided in EUR and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Bookings & Payments

• A 40% deposit in EUR is required to confirm any design project
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion
• Payments accepted via bank transfer and major credit cards
• Cancellation within 7 days of booking receives a full deposit refund

Plant Guarantee

We guarantee all supplied plants for 12 months from installation, provided our care instructions and irrigation guidelines are followed. Guarantee does not cover damage from extreme weather events or client neglect.

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, 3D renders, and planting plans remain the intellectual property of Supretabes until full payment is received. Upon final payment, clients receive a licence to implement the approved design.

Website Use

Content on supretabes.buzz is for informational purposes. We strive for accuracy in pricing and service descriptions but reserve the right to update information without notice. Cookie usage is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Supretabes is not liable for structural issues pre-existing on client properties. We recommend structural surveys for rooftop projects exceeding 30 m². Our liability is limited to the total value of the contracted project in EUR.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon.
